Job Description

- Manages the team to achieve the company's sales goals
- Oversees the activities and performance of the sales team
- Develops and coaches the sales team through motivational activities and product knowledge trainings
- Advises and discusses property developments, services, and opportunities to clients
- Conducts company and project presentation to clients
- Conducts property tour to clients
- Provides clients with information updates and developments
- Answers and attends to clients’ inquiries
- Follows up on client’s queries
- Follows up on clients’ schedule of payment
- Ensures good customer relationship

Qualifications/Requirements

With experience of at least 5 years in sales.
