Position: KOREAN ACCOUNTS International Sales Manager
For the College and Senior High School Departments
a. Reach out and set up meetings with Korean Clubs/Schools/Parent Groups (local and international)
b. Conduct presentations to Korean parents; Actively recruit Korean students for the College and SHS
c. Work with Admissions Head for online Marketing campaign (Korean FB and other social media platforms)
d. Participate in provincial visits and roadshows
e. Entertain and handle walk in Korean visitors and potential enrollees/clients
For Extension Department
f. Research and identify sales opportunity, generate leads, identify targets and classify them
g. each out to new customers and make presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
h. Understand the client requirements then customize the product/ services as per their needs
i. Maintain relationship with all potential and existing clients
j. Manage marketing requirements for Korean market – social media accounts, creation of marketing collaterals such as ads, posters, etc., maintain online Korean Blog.
k. Ensure proper servicing and after sales support to clients
l. Report market data to management and gather market intelligence
m. Create report to update management re: sales activities and needs on a weekly basis
n. Manage a database and go out on sales calls to reach out to potential clients
o. Understand all the products offered by The Study and be able to cross sell these products
p. Recruit students for Extension Programs
q. Monitor and respond to all language and tutorial-related, camp inquiries whether they are walk-in or online inquiries for Koreans
r. Collaborate with schools/organizations to generate product awareness or identify a business opportunity
s. On a per need basis, be stationed at the various centers as may be assigned
t. Help organize center-run related events
u. Fulfill administrative and operational tasks
