Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Job Description:
  • Lead the nationwide launch of retail products and GTM solutions, ensuring effective execution across channels. Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop competitive retail strategies, including distribution, promotions, and POSM. Analyze sales data and shopper insights to optimize performance, drive category success, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Responsible for the launching of retail products and GTM solutions across the country.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze channels and customer’s GTM execution plans.
  • Cooperate with marketing and sales, provide retail business plans based on retail perspectives, ensure the competitive advantages of channels and customers, including but not limited to conceptual sales, distribution, and promotion standards, POSM, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in a relevant industry may also be considered.
  • 1-3 Yrs Working Experience in Sales.
  • Prior experience working in a mobile phone company, preferably in GTM, sales, or retail operations.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin, English, Proficient in Microsoft Applications Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment. Strategic decision making skill. Communication and leadership skill. Willing to do field works.
