Job Description

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager / Relationship Manager who will drive growth and business in the assigned territory through new account acquisition and assigned accounts, in-depth understanding of unique value proposition to fulfill client’s needs and maintaining strong customer relationship.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Field work around the areas of Metro Manila / NCR, Laguna, Batangas, and Cavite
• Presents the company, its solutions, and coordinates necessary meetings in order to convert opportunities to actual sales
• Understand customer needs and pain points to develop plans to address them and actively probes clients to determine scope of requirements
• Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned corporate & government accounts to foster repeat business and renew contracts
• Actively seeks out new accounts and creates opportunities with new and existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling, etc.)
• Manages proposal and bid document creation and coordination with involved departments (especially pre-sales team) & suppliers
• Maintains accurate and on time reporting on accounts and status of opportunities and sales activities
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively and coordinate with the involved departments
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Audio-Visual (AV-IT), and Safety and Security systems such as network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, structured cabling, FOC, PABX / IP-PBX, VoIP, paging, PA-BGM, sound system, LED wall, video wall, and systems integration
• Experience with enterprise accounts, biddings, and government dealings will be an advantage
• Established network and connections in the following industries: hospitality, healthcare, education, schools, and manufacturing
• Organized and has ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks while paying strict attention to details
• With Excellent verbal and written business communication and presentation skills.
• With proven Sales track record/s.
• Ability to work individually and in a high-energy sales team environment; team player.
• With positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and can successfully manage and overcome client objections

Requirements:
• Bachelor in Science (BS) graduate with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering (CoE), Information Technology, Electronics / Electrical Engineering (EE), or related field of study with a network engineering focus
• At least1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must be willing to travel and with driver’s license
