Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales and projecting expected sales volume.
Maintains the required MANPOWER count by conducting recruiting, selecting, orienting, and internal training processes.
Handles discipline and termination of sellers in accordance with company policy and RESALAW.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provides leadership to the sales team.
Motivates and encourages the sales team members to ensure quotas are met.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in REM, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience:
Valid real estate agent accreditation with PRC and DHSUD are required.
At least 1 to 2 years of local Sales/Real Estate/Marketing experience.
Extensive experience in Customer Experience will be an advantage.
