SALES MANAGER (KOREAN SPEAKING)

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.

    • Prepare regular reports on sales figures, forecasting, and market trends for upper management.

    • Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure that product availability aligns with customer demand.


Qualifications/Requirements

     • Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field
    • Proficient in speaking in both English and Korean Language.
    • Must be a Native Korean National
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
    • Familiarity with Korean Foods (i.e. Snacks, drinks, RTE foods)
    • Deep understanding of Korean distribution systems, local logistics networks, and regulations.
    • Cultural fluency in South Korean business practices and etiquette.
