Job Description:
• Leverage on bancassurance work experience in a global or leading regional insurance company to develop a three (3) year strategy for BPI to grow its business of distributing non life insurance products to corporate and retail customers of BPI and its subsidiaries. Such strategy will include, among others, the following:
1. 3-year goals and key performance indicators in terms of insurance penetration of BPI customers, market share, premium income and service fees
2. Analysis of BPI customers and business segmentation
3. Review of Existing Insurance Solutions
• Monitors and prepares reports on execution of key strategic initiatives as approved by senior leadership of BPI
• Keeps tab of and reports on bancassurance models, strategies and product or process innovations of leading global bancassurance players which may be adopted by BPI
• Provides necessary marketing support to the Japanese Clients under Corporate Banking Group of BPI and actively participates in meetings with Japanese clients to further increase penetration of Japanese corporate accounts for non life insurance products.
