  • collaborate with marketing and other departments to align business goals

Qualifications/Requirements

  • proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • must be fluent in mandarin and can read and write in chinese
  • ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively
  • experience in hotel industry is a plus
  • bachelors degree in business, marketing  or a related field
