• Develop and manage strategies for product launches, promotional events, and branding campaigns through live streaming.
• Ensure high-quality content and smooth operations across platforms and benchmark other platforms such as Douyin, Taobao, and Kuaishou.
• Lead, train, and coach a team of livestream hosts and production staff.
• Provide ongoing feedback and training to improve communication, sales strategies, and audience engagement.
• Create and oversee engaging scripts, content, and formats for livestream sessions that drive user engagement and sales.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as audience engagement, conversion rates, and sales metrics to develop business cases driving growth in sales and brand presence.
• Use data insights to optimize future livestreams for improved performance.
• Implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in livestreaming, e-commerce, and consumer behavior in China.
• Prepare detailed reports on livestream performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with parent company in China to build strong branding for the Philippines company.
