Job Description

  • Responsible in spearheading major initiatives in sales management, strategic planning and business development.
  • Designing and implementing sales plan to accommodate department goals for company. Directing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
  • Scrutinizing sales results, trend and key performance indicators (KPI’s) and conferring with sales representatives accountable for achieving targets.
  • Creating cost-effective sales strategies to acquire major sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring sales maintain a high-volume distribution along with increased turnover and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Establishing/meeting company objectives through training and motivation of employees

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Educational Degree in Management, Marketing, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or any other related course.
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in sales particularly in handling Paints, Sealant, Adhesive, Filler (SAF) products and with at least 5 years of experience in Management role.
  • Language Proficiency – English, Mandarin, Malay
