Job Description

As Real Estate Sales Manager, you are expected to attain:
  • Sales revenue and pipeline management: Achieve and exceed monthly sales target as stated by the Company. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales target.
  • Team management: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
  • Learning and Development: Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Regular visits: Conduct site viewing/tripping on a regular basis.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
  • Completed a 4-year college course.
  • Registered salesperson under the real estate board is a must.
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
  • We're looking for people with great leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal oriented, can effectively train, coach, equip, motivate, supervise sales people
  • Good platform / presentation and closing skills
  • With a minimum of 4-year sales and training experience and proven track record.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
