Job Description

The main objective of a Segment Manager (SM) for Cebu is to contribute to the growth of the company’s revenue and network. This is through the following:
  • Growing the network of clients in the Cebu and Visayas region;
  • Establishing and managing PETNET Forex Solutions (PFS) presence in and awareness through referral partnerships with key business entities.
A Segment Manager shall also be in charge of relationship and may need to have people management tasks the need arise.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development
  • Assist with sales and marketing strategy development and implementation. This includes developing strategic plans for growing the network of PETNET Forex Solutions’ regional presence through referral partners and external sales groups in provincial cities;
Sales Generation
  • A Segment Manager shall be in charge of generating sales and new clients acquisition from the established partners and external referrors. This may involve attending to sales calls, conducting product presentations, and closing of referral arrangements;
Relationship / Account Management
  • The SM is responsible for building and maintaining strong client / referral partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring satisfaction. They act as the primary contact for client inquiries, provide market insights and strategic advice on forex solutions, and oversee smooth transaction processing.
  • Key duties include identifying sales opportunities, monitoring account activity, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mitigating risks.
  • Additionally, SM provides regular updates, handles client concerns, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and foster long-term loyalty.
People Management
  • Coach, mentor, train, and orient referral partners on product features, business and operational procedure, company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Reports
  • Monitor and provide regular reports on the performance of leads/clients being generated by the assigned segment.
  • Provide other special reports as necessary and requested by the management;
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance on company and regulatory policies of referral partners and/ or external sales groups;
  • Problem Solving
  • Handle escalation and troubleshoot resolution of a partner/client’s concern.
 

Qualifications/Requirements

Education. Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Business Administration, Communications, Banking and Finance, or equivalent field;
Experience. At least 3 years of experience in business development, process mapping, account management and lead generation;
Working Setup. Hybrid, the successful applicant will report onsite at least 5x a month in the Aboitiz Corporate Center, Gov. Manuel M. Cuenco Avenue, Kasambagan, Cebu City, and work at home most of the working days; and
Working Schedule. Monday to Friday, Semi Flexible.
