Job Description

  • Achievement of sell-out, reach, distribution, strike rate and market hygiene targets.
  • Achievement of business plans based on set strategies (territory development)
  • Consistent application of standards and policies in assigned territory (territory Development)
  • Flawless Execution of monthly Cycle Plans
  • Management of Accounts Receivables             
  • Effective Execution, reportage, feedback & communication to Distributor Leadership Team 

Qualifications/Requirements

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related field
•    Preferably 1 year field sales management experience in FMCG environment
•    Management & Leadership Skills
•    With Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills
•    Knowledge of sales, distribution systems & territorial development
•    Excellent Computer Skills
•    Preferably with Driver’s License (Rest at least Non Pro 1,2)
