JOB DESCRIPTION: Branch Sales Manager
-Generate sales leads through marketing on social media, cold calls, referrals and dealer-led sales activities.
-Establish awareness of the vehicle brand in his/her area and serves as primary point of contact for all queries.
-Produce management-approved sales quotes for all potential customers.
-Must be updated and knowledgeable about all vehicle products, ancillary business products (financing, insurance, accessories) and dealership policies.
-Must study about pricing and features of units of other brands (competitors) in order to more effectively sell and handle customer queries.
-Handles sales releases including the preparation of all sales and financing documents (when applicable), ensures the readiness of the vehicle itself, all important documents and gate passes/approvals with relevant departments.
-Oversee all sales transactions and tracks the sales performance of the sales team to ensure that sales quotas and other department KPIs are met.
-Coordinates closely with the General Sales Manager and Operations Manager for selling strategies. for the vehicle ordering, forecasting and setting of sales targets.
-Plans and executes sales and marketing activities of the Sales Executives including their selling efforts, cold calls, company visits.
-Come up with marketing promos to generate sales, makes recommendations to General Sales Manager and Operations Manager for selling strategies.
-Other duties: undertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed with the management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month plus commissions, incentives and allowances.
