Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actively visit prospects throughout Palawan to identify and cultivate new sales leads.
    • Engage potential clients in insightful conversations, thoroughly understanding their needs and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
    • Provide recommendations and quotations based on the solutions provided.
    • Convert qualified leads into successful sales, directly contributing to our company's expansion.
    • Build and nurture trust with our Palawan clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Palawan client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective support.
    • Partner closely with our Project Manager on technical aspects to ensure seamless solution delivery.
    • Prepare essential sales reports to monitor progress and inform future sales strategies.
    • Work towards and consistently attain individual and team sales targets.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

      • A minimum of 6 months of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience.
      • Experience in IT or project management is highly preferred.
      • A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
      • A proven ability to solve problems effectively.
      • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
      • A positive and pleasant demeanor.
      • Residency in Palawan or a willingness to relocate.
      • Nice-to-have skill: Ability to drive a motorcycle or bicycle, with a Driver's license.
