Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling(Telemarketing), networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and sales report monthly.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conference.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects by recommending solutions.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, IT or any relevant field.
  • Experienced in Hardware Distribution or any related field is an advantage.
  • The ability and desire to sell.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive, confident and determined approach.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
