Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outreach:
● Research and compile contact lists of potential CPA firm partners.
● Initiate contact through calls, emails, social media, and other communication platforms.
● Qualify leads based on company criteria, identifying potential value and readiness to partner.
Appointment Setting:
● Schedule meetings with qualified leads and manage them directly through to closing.
● Maintain high show-up rates through proactive reminders and coordination.
Sales Closing:
● Independently manage and close qualified partner leads, particularly for smaller firms or solo
practitioners.
● Conduct live demonstrations of Juan's software to showcase its value and functionality to
potential partners.
● Represent the company in external-facing engagements by showcasing and demonstrating the
software’s features during events, trade shows, and online presentations.
● Present Juan’s partnership offering, address objections, and negotiate terms.
● Ensure accurate documentation of closed deals in the CRM and coordinate with onboarding teams
for a seamless transition.
CRM and Pipeline Management:
● Record all activities and updates in the CRM, maintaining clean and up-to-date records.
● Track leads through the sales pipeline, from first contact to close.
● Report regularly on progress, wins, and challenges.
Collaboration:
● Receive and handle qualified appointments booked by Partner Development Representatives
(PDRs), ensuring a smooth transition from outreach to closing.
● Coordinate with the Partner Onboarding and Transformation Consultants for smooth post-sale
handover.
● Share feedback with Growth and Product teams to improve partner offerings and sales
enablement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Daily Outreach:
○ Minimum of 100 outreach attempts per day (calls, messages, emails, etc.).
2. Appointments Booked:
○ Minimum of 3 confirmed booked appointments per day.
3. Appointment Show-Up Rate:
○ Maintain a 90% show-up rate for scheduled meetings.
4. Deals Closed:
○ Target number of partnerships closed per month (based on firm size and quota assigned).
5. CRM Compliance:
○ 100% of sales activity logged and updated in CRM.
