RESERVATIONS AND SALES ASSOCIATE
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Attend to phone inquiries/bookings/reservations
Organize onsite sales visits
Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site ocular visits
Prepare proposals and agreements
Manage reservations and booking status
Negotiate contracts and packages
Identify the critical requirements needed by clients to achieve sales target
Ensure that all sales programs are successfully executed; follow strict alignment with marketing programs
Provide sound and relevant recommendations that will help achieve sales target objectives
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to gain information for sales strategies
Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
Create rapport with clients for repeat business
Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, monthly reports for Calamba City Tourism Office and monthly usage of Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card
Other tasks assigned by General Manager and Operations Manager
