1. Contact regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
2. Takes care of the assigned sales territory.
3. Maintains good relations with clients.
4. Introduces the Company and its products to prospects.
5. Suggests ways on how to promote products so that product exposure is achieved.
6. Does client calls.
7. Suggest product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
8. Follow-up quotations and purchase orders from assigned group of clients.
9. Recommend products based on customers’ specific needs and interests.
10. Meet with clients to demonstrate and explain features of products.
11. Prepare list of prospective clients and/or monthly sales forecasts.
12. Deliver the items to their clients and instruct them in the use of the products (when necessary).
13. Assist in the collection of payment.
14. Attend weekly sales meetings and report to their superiors on the status of pending/upcoming contracts.
15. Represents the Company at trade association meetings to promote product.
16. Prepares activity report.
17. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
18. Replies to correspondence especially with the after sales concerns and delivery follow ups
19. Achieve sales target and quotas every month.
20. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
