To be a Business Development Representative:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience and track record in sales, lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, or similar industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
• Advanced skills in using a CRM software and Microsoft Suite.
• Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
• Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
• Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor.
• Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
