Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Take clients on home tours and attend open houses.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Advertise the Company and its projects to the local community.
Gathers and explains details of current market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and similar information.
Assists purchasing clients / potential buyers with identifying properties that meet their needs based on location, size, price, amenities, and other characteristics.
Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and on time; corrects any errors or omissions.
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more leads / sales.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in REM, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy, Commerce, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration preferred.
Has completed at least 72 academic units in a college program.
Employment Background / Work Experience:
Valid real estate agent accreditation with PRC and DHSUD are required.
At least 1 to 2 years of Sales/Real Estate experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
