Job Description

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes and strategies in the country
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency, consistency, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement in-country sales process strategy aligned with the company's overall sales objectives and growth targets.
  • Define and document country sales processes, methodologies, and adapt global best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across the sales organization.
  • Team up with sales leadership to identify sales process gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and implement solutions to address them.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales performance metrics, pipeline data, and customer feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Lead country sales process improvement initiatives, including process redesign, resource allocation optimization, and technology integration.
  • Work closely with sales operations teams to implement and enhance sales automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to support sales process effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to country sales teams on sales process methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive consistent execution and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation, qualification, and nurturing processes with the country sales process
  • Stay updated with industry trends (both in-country and globally), market dynamics, and fintech advancements to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the sales function.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in sales process management, sales operations, or a similar role within the fintech industry
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and global best practices, with a focus on the fintech landscape and sales within the financial services sector
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, optimizing, and driving sales process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, enablement tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, metrics, and trends to make data-driven recommendations and decisions.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
