• Present, promote and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

• Real time escalation of internal and external issues and concerns to the immediate superior and, if needed, to other stakeholders and the Top Management.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Research potential vendors and compare and evaluate offers.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Tract orders and ensure timely delivery. Review quality of purchased products.
• Represent the company in pre-bid and actual bidding activities
• On time preparation and safe-keeping of pertinent documents and requirements for bidding, delivery, materials issuances and collection billing.
• Ensure that the project will be completed within the defined duration, with minimal cost.
• To observe and promote safe working practices and help maintain working areas in tidy and workmanlike manner.
• Real time submission of daily project progress reports.
• Support the implementation of the company’s and department’s plan programs.
• Support the company and department procedures, policies and principles.
• Other tasks that may be assigned in connection with the position.
