Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct contact with potential customers.
Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and follow-ups to close sales effectively.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to effectively sell vehicles.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support:
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in coordinating vehicle delivery and any after-sales requirements.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with other team members and management to achieve company sales goals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
