1. Manage contracts of the sales team to ensure accuracy and clarity
2. Assist in lead generation and lead management in the CRM; Includes optimizing lead qualification and scoring
3. Recognize process inefficiencies in existing sales workflows and map out programs to drive improvements
4. Help in identifying bottlenecks in the sales process and brainstorm solutions to improve overall system
5. Access CRM and offline data sets and gain familiarity with Quota and forecasting tools used by the Sales Operations team
6. Manage all sales documentations including pitch decks, contracts, and all other external legal documents
7. Escalate necessary concerns and queries to the Sales Operations Manager and Head of Sales Operations or to necessary departments
8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
9. Perform other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time
10. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure overall process flow
11. Ensure compliance with the information security management system (ISMS) by protecting data, managing access, attending necessary training, and promptly reporting security incidents.
