  • Make appointments and conduct presentations to new clients/accounts for all the products and services offered by the company
  • Same-day submission of quotations to clients
  • Generate and submit daily sales reports of business activities/sales plans with corresponding results
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure a repeat and growing business with them by fulfilling commitments 100%; being proactive; by always providing solutions; by providing regular updates; by being in constant communication with clients
  • Ensure an active client base by closely monitoring the amount of sales generated and analyze the data on how to grow current clients’ volume
  • To meet the monthly net sales target
  • Ensure that receivables from clients are fully paid for on time
  • Work with internal support office to keep account activities and contact information up to date.
  • Make recommendations to management on new products/services based on feedback by clients
  • Identify ways to further improve the operational process to increase the number of new customers through customer satisfaction for repeat business and referrals
  • Other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of marketing degree is an advantage but not necessary
  • At least 2 years working experience in sales and marketing is preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
