Job Title: SALES EXECUTIVE
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Cavite. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building new business relationships, prospecting new clients, updating the contact database, and maintaining existing relationships with clients. The Sales Executive is also responsible for presenting and promoting our products, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.

 
Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and established the annual sales quota.
  • Successfully create business and maintain meaningful relationships from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the sales and marketing department.
  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Follow up for the collection of payment.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of goods.
  • Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Perform other tasks that can be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Fresh graduates may apply, but preference will be given to candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in packaging or same industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Packaging or related field
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates ability to identify sales opportunities, develop leads and perform responsibilities necessary to close sale
  • Persuasive and constantly works towards continuous improvement
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, creative and proactive
  • Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure

Remarks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at Php 20,000.00 per month

Benefits: HMO, Medicine Reimbursement, 20 days Annual leave, Mobile allowance, Meal allowance, Transport allowance

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay, Bonus
