Job Description

Sales Directors will lead and manage a team of sales professionals focused on promoting PHirst developments, with an emphasis on serving local clients. They are expected to produce and administer sales to clients, continuously generate numbers to add to their manpower, and reach the required target quota as part of the team's sales productivity.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required skills

  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
  • Excellent verbal communication, leadership, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Educational background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Graduate
  • Accredited Real Estate Salesperson / Broker in PRC & DHSUD
  • With at least five (5) years of solid experience in Sales / Real Estate / Marketing
  • With at least 5 Managers with 3-5 sellers each Manager
