JOB TITLE: Retail Sales Director

Job Description:
The Retail Sales Director is a senior-level executive responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across all retail locations. This role leads the retail sales team to achieve revenue targets, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency. The Retail Sales Director works closely with executive leadership, marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to align sales goals with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in a relevant industry may also be considered. Ability to develop and implement localized GTM strategies based on sales data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site retail operations and driving revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • High level of proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders across different markets.
