Job Description:
Act as the front liner of Huawei's customer interface, responsible for planning, establishing, maintaining, and promoting customer connections and relationships. Understand customers' business and network requirements, provide guidance, analyze their pain points and root causes, and influence their decision-making to improve customer satisfaction and foster a win-win partnership. Obtain in-depth insights on the business, collect and analyze marketing data for the given industry, closely track industry trends, seize market opportunities, and plan high-level summits and exhibitions to enhance brand competitiveness. Serve as the PD or core member of sales projects, taking the lead in project operations and helping achieve project objectives. Mobilize and organize internal resources of the Company to drive project implementation, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and enhance the Company's management and team capability. Lead or participate in project negotiation, guide contract clause improvement, and oversee project transaction and operation activities, including dispute resolution.
