Lead the Charge: Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to maintain and grow relationships with enterprise clients.
- Engage proactively with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and align our services for long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to effectively position and differentiate our services.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and technology.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process in the global market, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering high-value presentations, negotiating large contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the client regarding sales activities.
