Lead the Charge: Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maintain and grow relationships with enterprise clients.​
  • Engage proactively with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and align our services for long-term partnerships.​
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.​
  • Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to effectively position and differentiate our services.​
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and technology.​
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process in the global market, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering high-value presentations, negotiating large contracts, and closing deals.​
  • Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.​
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.​
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.​
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the client regarding sales activities.​

Qualifications/Requirements

What You Bring to the Table: Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the IT services sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise-level engagements.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large clients across APAC, LATAM, and Balkan regions.
  • Expertise in all sales stages, from prospecting to closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Deep knowledge of IT services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, digital transformation, software, and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and account farming strategies.
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with multilingual abilities (Malay, Vietnamese, Spanish, Macedonian).
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Experience in managing the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Understanding of global business practices and cultural sensitivities.
  • Knowledge of market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory requirements within the IT services sector.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, and Technology sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to strengthen global partnerships and attend industry events.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules.
