JOB PURPOSE:
The primary focus of your role is to work with the Sales team to develop and maintain a well-organized and up-to-date internal CRM system that will drive qualified prospects into the sales pipeline.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the organisation
- Maintain client CRM and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Update and input data to client CRM for setting up of new accounts
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
- Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
