Established in 2008, they are committed to Australian Standards, offering innovative and flexible fire protection solutions. They provide 24/7 emergency assistance and are fully licensed to test, install, maintain, and certify a wide range of fire systems. As a Client Services Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting client data, ensuring quality, and supporting data-related requests or reporting needs.

What you'll be working on:
- Managing the Sales Inbox by directing inquiries and preparing draft quotations.
- Handling administrative tasks and updating property data based on team requests.
- Assisting Account Managers with meeting preparations, gathering necessary information, and supporting documentation.
- Supporting internal compliance processes as required.
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of tender response forms and supporting documents.
- Compiling, formatting, and maintaining structured tender submissions in digital format.
- Reviewing inspection and testing tasks updating records, confirming completions, adjusting statuses, generating reports, and archiving finalized work.
- Managing the Compliance Inbox by organizing communications, triaging requests, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Updating asset records using provided templates, including field data integration and lifecycle management.
- Uploading compliance documents to required portals through internal systems, ensuring accuracy, correct classification, and adherence to deadlines.
