Job Description

  1. Create proposals
  2. Manage social media sites (FB/Linkedin)
  3. Create designs for social media sites and internal memos
  4. Coordinate sales and billing requirements with client and internal teams
  5. Attend meetings and take minutes
  6. Schedule meetings
  7. Coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams
  8. Assist and coordinate the preparation of bid documents
  9. Do LinkedIn marketing
  10. Manage sales and marketing files
  11. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  12. Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company
  13. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  14.  Prepare and deliver presentations on services
  15. Other tasks given from time to time by their immediate supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
Must be detail-oriented
Knows how to design using canva or any related software.
Knowledgeable in Linkedin Marketing
Knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, G-Suites, and other platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with a team.
Willing to start immediately
