JOB SUMMARY
A Sales Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the outlet store administratively and clerically. He/she must have adequate knowledge of ERP and other software applications especially for the preparation of sales transaction documents to avert possible customer complaints regarding payment.
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, examine and fully understand entries in Sales Order prior to preparation of Sales Invoice.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of Sales Invoice taking into consideration proper entries of Item Codes, quantities and prices before issuance to clients.
• Team-up with the Sales Coordinator / Sales Crew to ensure proper preparation of SI for accurate quantities and specs of purchased items.
• Accurately document and file customer needs and requirements to ensure consistency of solutions and clarity of instructions among all team members.
• Support OSA in coordinating with Finance Team regarding daily, weekly and monthly generated sales documentation.
• Together with the OSA, assist the Finance Team in the closure of unpaid invoices aged above the agreed term or any A/R Collection issues and concerns.
