Job Description

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Responsible in keeping all business transaction records involving the assigned Sales Center, and performs routine calculations, encoding, posting, checking, and preparing of periodic reports of business activities needed by the department.
    • Account sales transactions, petty cash handling and customer service.
    • Monitor accountable forms and provides the same to the designated marketing personnel.
    • Act as petty cash custodian for Sales and Marketing operations.
    • Conducts actual daily inventory counts for all products in the sales center.
    • Prepares and submit Daily Cylinder Control Sheet (DCCS) and monitors stock position and reports it to the regional Marketing
    • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration/Management or other related degree.
    • At least 1 year of work/sales experience.
