  • Meets and exceeds the company’s service standards and sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance and determining what each customer wants or needs.
  • Achieves assigned sales target given/assigned by the Store Head (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Promotes the items/merchandise to the customers; does suggestive selling for better sales.
  • Acquires product knowledge information provided by the company in order to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
  • Safeguards all merchandise and all company properties against loss and damage in the process of selling.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least college level
  • must have good oral communication
