DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepares and records
• Sales Performance Report on a daily, weekly and month-end basis
• Daily Sales Operations Monitor per district, per brand and by package
• Weekly Plant Business Review presentation
• Weekly Interface Report presentation of ASM
2. Reviews and consolidates
• All RFCs, AFA/AFB, and other sales documents for processing before
endorsing them for approval of ASM and RSM as to accuracy and
completeness of information and compliance with policy and
documentations required
• All RFCs on a weekly and monthly basis and RFC status reports are submitted
• Barometer reading, distribution and pricing compliance
• Weekly and monthly reports on sales and distribution performance,
empties deposits, NOA updates, competitor’s activities
3. Monitors, logs and checks
• Daily sales attendance, daily events and highlights
• Sales related Exception reports and action/ resolution taken
• Daily and Weekly itineraries of sales personnel and make a summary of actual
results versus Plan/ Objectives prior to checking and review of the superiors
4. Maintains and updates
• Historical sales data
• List of dealers and dealer performances
