Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Clerk to join our team. The Sales Clerk will assist customers in selecting home improvement products, provide product knowledge, and ensure a well-maintained store environment. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet and assist customers in finding home improvement and hardware products.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and special offers.
Product Knowledge & Assistance:
- Stay up-to-date with home improvement products, tools, and materials.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Assist in product demonstrations and troubleshooting basic customer concerns.
Store Maintenance & Inventory:
- Organize and stock shelves, ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise.
Operational Support:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned store areas.
- Follow store safety policies and loss prevention guidelines.
