Job Description:

    • Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases
    • Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
    • Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary
    • Introduces promotions and new products to customers
    • Accomplish Sales reports, inventory stocks
    • Handles refunds, exchanges and returns
    • Documents sales by updating customer records
    • Maintain Sales target to gain quota
    • Alerts the management of potential security issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/ Sr. High/ College Graduate
    • At least 1year working in the retail industry
    • Knowledgeable in Selling products in a mall is an advantage
    • Must have; Experience in handling Bags/ Luggage is an advantage
    • Willing to undergo training
