Job Description: Sales & Service Admin Clerk
- Shall be in charge of making and generating repair orders.
-Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks related to service administration.
-Collaborate with the service team to streamline administrative processes ensure smooth operations.
-Utilize word processing and spreadsheet software for administrative tasks and Input and manage data in the dealership’s information systems.
-Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
-Demonstrate versatility and adaptability to changes in handling various administrative responsibilities.
-Coordinate closely with Astara Philippines with regards to Warranty Repairs (approvals, pending status, denial).
-Interact with customers to manage their expectations, meet their service needs and ensure their total satisfaction.
-Primary point person to interact with customers in cases of complaints or disputes in all matters regarding the Sales and Service Department.
-Prepares all sales documents including the vehicle sales proposal, sales invoice, gate pass and other documents.
-Coordinates closely with PDI Personnel in the safekeeping of documents and standard free items of all vehicles on stock and for release.
-Primary person in-charge of routing sales documents to all pertinent departments for vehicles to be released.
-Assists the Sales Manager in the preparation and submission of all sales reports.
-Safekeeps and manages inventory of all sales aids including brochures and flyers.
-Assists the Sales team and acts as support in sales and marketing activities.
-Other duties related and as directed by the Sales and Operations Manager as support arm of the Sales Department.
-Assist in coordinating other administrative related tasks with other departments as required.
-Other duties: undertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed with the management.
Salary : From Php 14,000.00 per month (negotiable).
