Commercial Sales Consultant of CW Home Depot is responsible for the following:
-Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot
-Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deal
-To assist clients such as Architect, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-in
-To hit the monthly quota as set by the management
-Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted
-Submits daily report needed by the Sales Head
-Ensures that product recommended to the client must be set the standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)
-To promote promo of the CW Home Depot
-For walk-in – beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after-sales feedback.
-For project – Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation), and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales.
-To join events as requested by the Marketing, Corporate Communications, and top managemen
