I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Undertakes regular sales calls, and maintains and ensures maximum productivity of all assigned accounts.
o Initiates and executes team collaboration for the planning and strategizing of each campaign, and suggests recommendations to adjust marketing strategies for optimal results.
o Manages and handles all client concerns.
o Performs account management roles from lead generation, client meetings, and coordination of outputs to contract renewal to assure customer satisfaction and maintain a fruitful partnership among clients.
o Achieved quota per month given by the Sales Manager
o The sales specialist will be tasked with leading the sales team and providing training to new hires, performing in-depth market research, preparing sales forecasts and advertising budgets, as well as updating existing marketing strategies.
o Should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely.
o Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
