This role involves conducting 360-degree rounds of the selling area to maintain store following standard operating procedures, and executing routine replenishment processes. The Sales Associate should be adept at persuading customers, handling objections, and providing detailed product information.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Atleast High School or SHS Graduate or College Graduate
  • No prior experience or training required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge and customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • No current health issues/physically fit
  • Willing to be assigned in Martone Laoag
  • Complete government requirements (SSS, TIN, Pag-ibig and Philhealth)
