As a Client Success Associate, you’ll be the trusted partner clients count on — supporting them from onboarding to everyday wins. If you're proactive, people-smart, and all about delivering results and building long-term relationships, this role is for you.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in client-facing roles (preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or account management)
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
    • Confident in handling client concerns and managing expectations
    • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reports to track performance
    • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction
