This role involves assisting customers with their needs, engaging in inbound and outbound sales, creating sales orders, discussing warranty information, pricing, and service offerings with customers, generating daily reports, monitoring display items, and checking stock levels.

Qualifications/Requirements

Eligibility:
 Graduate of any related course
 Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
 Good communication skills
 Knowledgeable in IT products/industry
 Fresh graduate are welcome
