- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product, services and offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Sells products and services to customer in market, focusing on volume, mixed and profitability targets.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance to client deliverables and revenue.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing management of any problem that arise.
- Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and communicate with the with other teams regularly.
- Assist in a day-to-day operational responsibility of the store in order to assist in the store’s attainment of performance targets.
- Provide an accurate sales forecast and allocating resources so targets are met.
