Our Retail Banking Group team is looking for either fresh graduates or experienced professionals to join us in Cebu and Davao with the role of Sales Associate.
In this role you will responsible for providing after sales support and exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the Sales team. You will also have to extend support to the Sales team for all the new to bank clients who would need assistance.

What the role will entail
- Liaise with various bank units to meet new client needs efficiently.
- Address inquiries and provide comprehensive product information to new clients.
- Execute sales transactions accurately and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet targets and goals.
- Resolve client issues, while also providing feedback on preferences and product requests to the sales team.
What were looking for
- Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but open to fresh graduates with a strong inclination to Sales
- Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment and multitask
- Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good grasp of MS Office
