Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.
1. Daily Operations
Consistently follow and abide by the company’s established policies and procedures.
Attend and assist customers in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color or size.
Direct the customers to the nearest counter for payment of the merchandise.
Replenish stocks on display and ensure availability of stocks in the selling area.
Arrange display of stocks.
2. Customer Engagement
Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs.
Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.
