Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a Sales and Administrative Associate who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and driving results. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across various platforms, closing sales, and ensuring smooth trip coordination from booking to completion. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Responsibilities:
Market Development and Customer Development
Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive engagement with new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, process reservations, and close sales.
Prepare quotes, send proposals, and finalize contracts.
Manage and respond to emails, chats, and website inquiries.
Coordinate logistics, confirm trip details, and follow up on service delivery.
Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and affiliates to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and manage schedules, track lost items, and provide trip support.
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
